私なりの第１歩を述べたいと思います。

いきなりは、あるべき姿が浮かばないと
思いますので、

まずは、「仮置き」でいいので、
目の前にある問題や課題などに対し、
『こうなったら「いいのになぁ〜』と
描いてみる事です。

どんなにしっくりこない『あるべき姿』
でも、まずは描いてみること。

書いてみましょう！
