戦略総務への『あるべき姿』

FMクレドの二番目には、
自分の経営概念を持つ事
（FM is MANAGEMENT）
があります。

このクレド２に必要なステップとして
FMクレドでは３つの要素

　１）あるべき姿（ゴール）を描く
　２）あるべき姿（ゴール）へのロードマップ
　　　を描ける
　３）人をあるべき姿（ゴール）に導く

を掲げています。

さて、ここでのポイントですが、
どうすれば、あるべき姿を描くのか？
私なりの第１歩を述べたいと思います。

いきなりは、あるべき姿が浮かばないと
思いますので、

まずは、「仮置き」でいいので、
目の前にある問題や課題などに対し、
『こうなったら「いいのになぁ〜』と
描いてみる事です。

どんなにしっくりこない『あるべき姿』
でも、まずは描いてみること。

ここからスタートです。

それをノートに気づいた時に
書いてみましょう！

今年は、まずはあるべき姿を描く習慣
をつけましょう！

  37. Помнится ф16 на пробу получал. Хороший синт.гарсон был. https://softbezvirusov.ru брал 500 в регион, ранее с этим магазином не работал.. поэтому крайне волновался. Как оказалось зря. Все в лучшем виде ! спасибо !и уже сегодня за клевету, троллинг и проч. наш друг нас покинул

    Живая ёлка напоминает, что Рождество — это не идеальность, а тепло. Иногда с её ветвей осыпаются иголки, иногда она стоит немного криво, но именно в этом есть особая честность и уют.
