「FMクレドNEXT 第１期 ー新たな時代に向けたFMクレドー」

FMクレド15カ条と総務成功の12ヶ条を、人が成長する五つのフェーズに
溶け込ませて、新たな時代に向けたクレド講座を開催（計20回開催）

■令和３年10月から令和４年３月まで（オンライン）
「FMクレドNEXT第２期ーあるべき姿を考える（デザインする）ー

次の２つの講座を並行開催、総務におけるあるべき姿をみんなで考えるとともに、
具体的にどういうふうにあるべき姿をデザインしていくかを
実践モードで行う勉強会を毎月行いました。

・”総務はどうあるべきか”を考える会（月１回　計６回開催）
・あるべき姿をデザインする勉強会（月１〜２回　計９回開催）
