戦略総務への『あるべき姿』

FMクレドの二番目には、
自分の経営概念を持つ事
（FM is MANAGEMENT）
があります。

このクレド２に必要なステップとして
FMクレドでは３つの要素

　１）あるべき姿（ゴール）を描く
　２）あるべき姿（ゴール）へのロードマップ
　　　を描ける
　３）人をあるべき姿（ゴール）に導く

を掲げています。

さて、ここでのポイントですが、
どうすれば、あるべき姿を描くのか？
私なりの第１歩を述べたいと思います。

いきなりは、あるべき姿が浮かばないと
思いますので、

まずは、「仮置き」でいいので、
目の前にある問題や課題などに対し、
『こうなったら「いいのになぁ〜』と
描いてみる事です。

どんなにしっくりこない『あるべき姿』
でも、まずは描いてみること。

ここからスタートです。

それをノートに気づいた時に
書いてみましょう！

今年は、まずはあるべき姿を描く習慣
をつけましょう！

  12. Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids. I found a sea
    shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.”
    She put the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit
    crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to
    go back! LoL I know this is totally off topic but
    I had to tell someone!

  22. Hele, to že teďka vnímám výrazný směr v rámci toho,
    jak se mění česká gamingová scéna. Kdysi jsme řešil primárně

    což dokázaly měla by být při napsání? Dejte sem do
    diskuze, vcelku komunitu vábí, tím jak
    daný prvek vidí osazenstvo pod článkem.

  23. I was curious if you ever considered changing the layout of your site?
    Its very well written; I love what youve got to say.
    But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people
    could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or 2 images.
    Maybe you could space it out better?
