戦略総務への『あるべき姿』

FMクレドの二番目には、
自分の経営概念を持つ事
（FM is MANAGEMENT）
があります。

このクレド２に必要なステップとして
FMクレドでは３つの要素

　１）あるべき姿（ゴール）を描く
　２）あるべき姿（ゴール）へのロードマップ
　　　を描ける
　３）人をあるべき姿（ゴール）に導く

を掲げています。

さて、ここでのポイントですが、
どうすれば、あるべき姿を描くのか？
私なりの第１歩を述べたいと思います。

いきなりは、あるべき姿が浮かばないと
思いますので、

まずは、「仮置き」でいいので、
目の前にある問題や課題などに対し、
『こうなったら「いいのになぁ〜』と
描いてみる事です。

どんなにしっくりこない『あるべき姿』
でも、まずは描いてみること。

ここからスタートです。

それをノートに気づいた時に
書いてみましょう！

今年は、まずはあるべき姿を描く習慣
をつけましょう！

    in it or something. I think that you can do with some pics to drive the
    message home a bit, but other than that, this is excellent blog.

  6. Hi, I do believe your website might be having web browser compatibility issues.

    When I take a look at your site in Safari, it looks fine however when opening
    in IE, it has some overlapping issues. I simply wanted to give you
    a quick heads up! Aside from that, great site!
