戦略総務への『あるべき姿』

FMクレドの二番目には、
自分の経営概念を持つ事
（FM is MANAGEMENT）
があります。

このクレド２に必要なステップとして
FMクレドでは３つの要素

　１）あるべき姿（ゴール）を描く
　２）あるべき姿（ゴール）へのロードマップ
　　　を描ける
　３）人をあるべき姿（ゴール）に導く

を掲げています。

さて、ここでのポイントですが、
どうすれば、あるべき姿を描くのか？
私なりの第１歩を述べたいと思います。

いきなりは、あるべき姿が浮かばないと
思いますので、

まずは、「仮置き」でいいので、
目の前にある問題や課題などに対し、
『こうなったら「いいのになぁ〜』と
描いてみる事です。

どんなにしっくりこない『あるべき姿』
でも、まずは描いてみること。

ここからスタートです。

それをノートに気づいた時に
書いてみましょう！

今年は、まずはあるべき姿を描く習慣
をつけましょう！

  10. When I originally left a comment I appear to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are added-
    checkbox and now whenever a comment is added I recieve
    4 emails with the same comment. There has to be
    a way you can remove me from that service? Thank you!
