FMクレドの二番目には、
自分の経営概念を持つ事
（FM is MANAGEMENT）
があります。
このクレド２に必要なステップとして
FMクレドでは３つの要素
１）あるべき姿（ゴール）を描く
２）あるべき姿（ゴール）へのロードマップ
を描ける
３）人をあるべき姿（ゴール）に導く
を掲げています。
さて、ここでのポイントですが、
どうすれば、あるべき姿を描くのか？
私なりの第１歩を述べたいと思います。
いきなりは、あるべき姿が浮かばないと
思いますので、
まずは、「仮置き」でいいので、
目の前にある問題や課題などに対し、
『こうなったら「いいのになぁ〜』と
描いてみる事です。
どんなにしっくりこない『あるべき姿』
でも、まずは描いてみること。
ここからスタートです。
それをノートに気づいた時に
書いてみましょう！
今年は、まずはあるべき姿を描く習慣
をつけましょう！

to open the links. You might try adding a video or a pic
or two to get readers excited about what you’ve got to say.
In my opinion, it could make your blog a little bit more

I had a quick question that I’d like to ask if you do not mind.
I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear
your mind before writing. I have had a hard time clearing my mind in getting
my thoughts out there. I truly do enjoy writing but it just seems like the
first 10 to 15 minutes are usually wasted just
trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or hints?
