次の２つの講座を並行開催、総務におけるあるべき姿をみんなで考えるとともに、
具体的にどういうふうにあるべき姿をデザインしていくかを
実践モードで行う勉強会を毎月行いました。
・”総務はどうあるべきか”を考える会（月１回 計６回開催）
・あるべき姿をデザインする勉強会（月１〜２回 計９回開催）
